Returns Policy
At Lucinda's Hair, we are confident you will be 100% satisfied with our products and your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied or if your plans change, you may return your wig within 10 days if it has not yet been STYLED, WASHED OR CUT. The original labels and tags must be intact and should be in resalable condition. Wigs that are tangled or have been cut or styled cannot be returned. Any merchandise damaged due to customer negligence or wigs that have been washed and styled or tags removed cannot be accepted. Please call us at 1.877.593.9236 or email us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which should be placed on your return label. Upon verification that the item is undamaged and unused, your credit card will be credited for the full amount of your purchase less a $25.00 restocking fee.
Wigs that are ordered with a custom sized cap, or prestyled are NON-RETURNABLE, as are custom wigs. However, if there is a problem with the fit of your custom cap, contact us and we will be happy to adjust it for you.

Warranty
We want you to be satisfied with your hair replacement solution. Lucinda's Hair will prepare a hair replacement system guaranteeing proper fit and color blend at time of delivery. If the customer is not satisfied at this time regarding the fit or blend, Lucinda's Hair guarantees to remake/redo the system at no cost to the customer. If the customer changes the actual design of the hair replacement from the original order, the customer will pay the additional fees of the design change. There will be no cash refunds. When order arrives and the client is notified, Client will have 45 days to be fitted, or deposit will be forfeited.
Our hair replacements are hand-made items and Lucinda's Hair will not compromise its quality for speed. If the need arises to prolong delivery due to achieving proper quality, Lucinda's Hair cannot and will not be responsible for unforeseen delay. We do, however, guarantee to complete the hair replacement system as soon as possible while still maintaining our high standards. Lucinda’s Hair will guarantee its products for six months, three months full guarantee and three months pro rated guarantee, with the exception of normal oxidation, only if it is serviced by our staff at Lucinda’s Hair, not by others, and at least every eight weeks.
Lucinda's Hair will not be responsible for the condition of any hair replacement unless hair care products recommended by Lucinda's Hair are used. There are no guarantees or warranties of any type other than those specifically stated herein.
